Acceptance

By using AI Dreamhub, submitting content, or purchasing a paid listing plan, you agree to these Terms and the related Billing and Refund Policy. If you submit a tool for an organization, you represent that you have authority to do so.

Directory Service

AI Dreamhub is an editorial AI tools directory. Listings, categories, rankings, screenshots, descriptions, badges, featured placements, and outbound links may be reviewed, edited, reordered, removed, or declined to protect site quality, users, and search integrity.

User Submissions

You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and rights clearance of the tool information, URLs, logos, descriptions, and other materials you submit. You grant AI Dreamhub permission to display, edit, summarize, translate, and promote submitted materials in connection with the directory.

Paid Listing Plans

Paid plans are processed through Stripe. The Monthly Listing is a recurring subscription billed at $5.99 per month until canceled. Lifetime Listing and Fixed Featured Placement are one-time payments. All paid submissions remain subject to editorial approval and policy review; payment does not guarantee approval if a submission is inaccurate, unsafe, infringing, spammy, or otherwise unsuitable.

Canceling a monthly subscription stops future charges. Paid access remains available until the end of the current billing period unless a refund, reversal, or policy restriction applies.

Prohibited Use

Do not submit deceptive, infringing, malicious, illegal, adult, hateful, or abusive content; do not manipulate reviews, badges, traffic, rankings, or links; and do not interfere with the security or availability of the service.

Third-Party Services

AI Dreamhub links to third-party AI tools and payment services. We do not control third-party pricing, availability, content, model behavior, privacy practices, or billing terms. Always review the official website of each tool before using or buying it.

Termination

We may suspend, remove, or reject listings and access when content violates these Terms, creates legal or security risk, or harms directory quality. You may stop using the service at any time and may request cancellation help for monthly paid listings through the contact address below.

Disclaimers and Liability

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Dreamhub disclaims warranties and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
